Welcome to 时光星达 (Shiguang Xingda) (hereafter “the App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the App’s developer (“we”, “us”) regarding your download, installation and use of the App. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By continuing to use the App, you agree to all of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not download, install or use the App.
时光星达 is an iOS instant messaging and lifestyle recording application that includes:
The instant messaging features rely on remote servers for message delivery; life-recording features store data locally on your device.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control. Copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or their respective owners.

If you violate any of the above we may restrict or terminate your access to the App without notice.
All content of the App (including but not limited to source code, UI, icons, copy and graphics) is protected by copyright laws of the People’s Republic of China and international treaties. Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, you may not reproduce, modify, redistribute or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written consent.
Content you create through the App (e.g. audio diaries, photo stories, time capsule letters) belongs to you. We do not claim any rights over it.
The App uses instant messaging SDKs, push notification services and crash reporting to provide core features. Your use of these features is also subject to the relevant third-party terms. See the 时光星达 Privacy Policy for details.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will take effect when we publish a new version of the App or post the changes on a page we designate, and the “Last updated” date at the top will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the App.
The formation, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding the Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan region). Any dispute should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if that fails, either party may bring proceedings before the competent People’s Court at the developer’s place of residence.
